To strengthen our team in Clayton, NC, we are looking for a dedicated skilled Press Operators.
What You Will Do:
  • Operate and lead a crew in the production of Folding Carton Printing Press
  • Print to numbers, LAB DE2000 / G7, Pantone colors, and 4 color process
  • Manage Press Chemistries, Press packing heights, and Roller settings
  • Set up press parameters to print specifications
  • Ensure printing is done to perfection
  • Lead a crew and adhere to production schedules
  • Utilize Shop floor data entry systems (ASI) for Production entries
  • Pay high attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency
  • Work overtime as needed to meet department goals
  • Previous experience with KBA presses is preferred, but candidates with the ability to learn rapidly will also be considered.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a KBA Pressman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes and technologies
  • Ability to lead a crew and follow production schedules
  • Familiarity with Shop floor data entry systems (ASI)
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
