To strengthen our team in Clayton, NC, we are looking for a dedicated skilled HR Specialist/Recruiter.

What You Will Do:
  • Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on best practices
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for manufacturing and corporate roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
  • Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies specific to the manufacturing environment.
What You Will Bring:
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
