To strengthen our Client Services Team in Clayton, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager – Print Production.
Your Role
- Receive and process routine and complex client orders.
- Respond to inquiries and/or customer issues related to orders.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff.
- Utilize knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Manage the proofing process, including requesting revisions to graphics and client approvals.
- Generate job tickets in the ERP system.
- Assure that client product specifications are followed and updated as applicable.
- Submit requests for quotes.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, if needed.
- Own the project from the front-end through shipping.
- Track on-time deliverables or client press checks, as needed.
- Occasionally travel for on-site meetings, etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have.
- Ensure that all project-specific requirements are met, such as tracking of on-time deliverables or client press checks.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client orders and communications.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 5+ years in the Printing industry.
